    hey #coop friends! what are your favorite platforms for decentralized decision-making? #loomio has neat voting features, but it seems like you can't organise threads into categories. discourse might be better for discussion but with limited polling features. what do you use and why?

      @tao after using a mailing list for 13 years straight, my collective switched 3 years ago to a plain bulletin board for consensus decision making on text basis. We have ~36 decisions per year and around 250 people participating per year. And people can subscribe to areas of interest/specific topics. Works for us. Is slow pacing. But handles needed decision making on product and process Organisation.
