First of all, I'm going with the name AbilityPub since this layer of ideas is based on ActivityPub, it sounds like ActivityPub, and it stands for (Object Cap)Abilities for ActivityPub. (Someone else suggested this to me, asking permission before I attribute them first though, if I remember right who it was.)
