Unfortunately there isn't an obvious solution, at least not a DRM-free one :(

Buying physical DVDs and Blu-Rays is maybe a good idea as they cannot be removed from your collection, and it is (with the right software) possible to rip them onto your computer.

If you like very old films, there are some good ones in the public domain on https://archive.org
