Irony overload.

A decision on whether the UK can unilaterally reverse Article 50 (i.e. effectively cancel Brexit) will be taken on November 27th.

The decision will be made by judges at (wait for it...):
the Court of Justice of the EU

The UK govt' failed in their attempt to stop the decision going to the CJEU.

This may be a crucial decision if Theresa May's plan fails to get parliamentary consent.

We live in interesting times.
