So we got this conference talk with the review team of the Decentralized Internet & Privacy Devroom and we thought that despite our efforts we did not attract enough female and non-binary #gendered speakers.

If you're a white make and proposed a talk in our #FOSDEM2019 devroom, please reach out to your community and find someone from an under-represented community to present your talk instead of you.

That requires humility and decentralization, and going against the trend at @fosdem
