The Court of Justice of the European Union announced today that the Swedish version of the "Data Retention Directive" (where all citizens are under surveillance whether they have committed a crime or not) is against EU law.

Finally, the EU Court is smacking some sense into weak Swedish politicians who give in to corporate and foreign interests.
