I see you are studying for a Master in Law of IT.

Would you mind to give a look at the #HackingLicense at http://www.tesio.it/documents/HACK.txt ?

I wrote it after a long study of existing Free Licenses (and in #copyleft in particular) to address some of issues that #FreeSoftware is facing these days.
Maybe you can spot plain errors or simply suggest me a couple of good juridical books on the topic to refine it.

I ask because I see you are interested in software like I'm in Law.
