Hey there, https://kobo.com (rival to Amazon) has a certain amount of DRM-free books mixed in with the DRM ones, but unfortunately there's no official way to search for them.

However, you can search for the DRM-free books on Kobo with this unofficial tool: https://switching.social/unofficial-kobo-search/

By the way, I'm not sure if Kindles do ePub :/ but you can convert DRM-free files from one format to another with Calibre ( https://calibre-ebook.com/ )
