PACER (Public Access to Court Electronic Records) is an aggressively terrible system for document search and retrieval.
Gee, it's almost like the US government has no interest in making access to public records free or remotely usable 🤔
Fun fact: Aaron Swartz (of rss renown) challenged this system by making RECAP - a tool to make this doc search less terrible:
