My wife was getting married to her paramour in a Christian church. (Backstory here. TLDR: Over My Dead Body)

She expected me to give her away, and I wasn't really paying attention, and spent more time repairing the church pews. She almost divorced me over that.

Then as she was storming out the door the church roof caved in. Surprise! It's full of Asbestos! Everyone got cancer immediately and started coughing up blood.
