as long as i am part of these movements, i never encountered a global strategy, or anything beyond a 18 month strategy (differently from a campaign). Most ancoms and asys only peep into their strategical tool boxes on rare occasions, or -worse- attribute "new tactics" to other strands of theory (i.e. Worker centers). Most I met are against economic self-help organisations and beyond-crisis mutual help or building infrastructure. dont get me started on this "left" stuff...
