The origin of the book was that people kept asking me if I had a patreon (I don't).
The book is partly a reward for people who donate to the site, so I'm reluctant to just give it away as soon as it's delisted as some of the people who bought it may feel a bit let down.
But as I've mentioned before, the book is basically a more wordy book-style editorial look at privacy, it doesn't have any extra alternatives listed. The site has every alternative listed.
