As i see it, the german syndikalism is more influenced by british and dutch socialism than by the french counterpart. The french syndicalism got much "channeled" through dutch syndicalists like Cornelissen or british unionists. As far as i know, steady cooperation between french and german syndicalism established after 1909, organisational cooperation after 1913. Thats why a few things are "odd" about german syndicalism compared to french or spanish syndicalism.
