hm, there is this old train station 1h 10 min away from berlin central station which is cheap to have (but not cheap to renovate i guess) has excelent infrastructure access (come on, old train station) and comes with 2000sqm land. would work very well for a countryside co-working space, a public workshop/makerspace and a living place with lots of trees and plants. but i neither have the money nor the time to really plan something like this.
