     p.s. Some OMEMO-compatible XMPP apps that are particularly suited to non-tech people:

     Zom (Android/iOS)
     Really easy to use, you just think of a username.

     Quicksy (Android)
     Also really easy to use, you can register with your phone number.

     They are part of the XMPP network, so you can chat to people on Zom or Quicksy from any other XMPP instance or app.
