Bad news: what's a polite word for constipation?

I'm rebooting my low carb diet starting tomorrow but I suffered the worst "too much cheese" revenge from my first foray into zero carb/carnivore.

So I ate one can of Goya peas and one of black beans, killing keto, sure, but that's my cheat day: colon blow ™®©.

From now on, I'll leave the shredded mixed Mexican and cheddar cheese for tacos and burritos I won't eat regularly.
