So far on #QOTO we have brought the following services up, I want to know what you want to see next. All of these services are free and open to the public for open-source and collaborative non-commercial ventures.

Here is what we have up so far:

    Modified #mastodon server - https://qoto.org

    #NextCloud server - https://cloud.qoto.org

    GitLab server - https://git.qoto.org

Servers we intend to bring up:

    #Pixelfed

    #FunkWhale

    #PeerTube

    #Discourse

    #Halcyon

Let me know which of the above you'd like to see next. Also if you have a suggestion of a service we didnt list let me know and we might just host it for you if it would be useful for others.

@freemo thanks for posting this list, i was actually trolling through your stream to see if i could gauge the overall status of the QOTO services. i'm excited to see nextcloud is up, as i was inches away from deploying my own.

pixelfed is fun, pretty, and unstable in the debian sense. the appeal of an insta-like has been lost on me. getting it going was difficult but the documentation is MUCH better now, two months later.

writefreely seems absolutely awesome but i personally was going to use jekyll to put publish some ramblings, but, it is possible i could move my entire Fedi presence to this software (i'm more of a long-form writing kind of guy anyway, if this masto instance didn't have such a huge limit i'd just go outside to play i guess).

funkwhale *greatly* interests me, but i worry about the administration and costs. between the two of us we probably have a solid terabyte of music to seed it with. lulz. it would legit be faster to mail a hard drive than to upload.

the rest i'm not familiar enough with.

      thanks for the services o/

@mngrif I can support a terrabyte. Particularly since its minimal access. Id put it on infrequent access S3 and probably be fine
