AdminFE support for configuring server settings is up for merge

The login for AdminFE requires user@host for the login because for testing and in advanced setups it's technically possible to use AdminFE against any public/remote instance.
I am not sure this is a wise decision.
Also login page needs to be improved altogether, and it would be WONDERFUL if it could use your existing PleromaFE cookie somehow so you can skip the login altogether

@alayna there's a mix command that migrates your config files to the database and only leaves behind the few settings that cannot be in the database (like database config itself...)
