     @thegibson @sungo I just remembered that Cisco's CCNA simulator broke in the middle of my test and there were no refunds.
     
     I worked for Cisco and nobody took me seriously when I asked for reimbursement for that. Never did get any certs after that nonsense. I've had some lucky breaks though I guess... always knew the right person or dabbled in the right things which led to jobs
