     Absolutely. I don't know about gocryptfs, I would simply using GnuPG https://www.gnupg.org and would encrypt all files before moving to third party cloud.
     
     But when moving files into NextCloud, files are already encrypted, then I just make sure that my password is terribly hard to crack.
