@bongo If you have an account migration up they cant follow you, thats true. If we cant find a way to undo the migration you will need to either delete this account and recreate or move to a new account.
@bongo I could delete the account for you if you want. Just means youll loose all your past toots. I'm just not 100% sure if that will free up the username for recreation or if it will block recreation.
@bongo Just checked, if we delete the account you wont be able to recreate it normally
@bongo We can try suspending then unsuspending. Will delete your toots, not sure if it will undo redirect though
@bongo ok ill try that now. If you cant get back in or have problems you can e-mail me at freemo@gmail.com. Once you give me the ok ill suspend this account then unsuspend to see if it helps.

@bongo The account no longer is migrated and no longer forwards, like you wanted. Did I misunderstand something?

@bongo This has been solved. The answer was to suspend then unsuspend. Couldn't find a better way. It did work though.

@bongo If i go to that link I will only see my own profile page, not yours. So if you go to that link you dont see a form to edit your profile, instead you get an error page?
@bongo Ok here is what I do. I have someone i pay that full-time admins the servers on QOTO to help with some of this stuff. I usually defer to him for errors. what I will do is send him an email and link to this discussion, I'll copy you on the e-mail. He can look into it and fix the problem I'm sure. He might reach out to you to ask some questions if thats ok.

He is a very busy man. He might be asleep he may have just decided he didnt wish to respond. Hugo however did respond with one proposed solution via e-mail.

@bongo Thats the same as you just registering a new account on the website itself. The key is figuring out how to delete it
@bongo Well when we suspended and unsuspended it did a delete of sorts it just wasnt "complete" or something. We have to see if there is a different way to delete it that may be more effective but still safe. Hugo will know and be able to do it later rtoday
@bongo If you swutched to a new username it would be easy. But you didnt want to do that.
