   I think that there is a close relation between #socialism and #opensource software. That is a reason to stay here. Anyway, software is never the end of our struggle ("free" software), it's only a mean to achieve, in concrete, friendship and work with poor people.

     Of course, in the engineer world view, the technology is liberation by itself. This was teached to me by "free sotware activists" and I had to overcome this simplist thought, because #tech is only a mean in our struggle. In fact I called them "idealists" in this article in spanish mrmorlock.wordpress.com/2016/0… (because they believe that an advanced idea will free you, without praxis)
