     yeah the site got problems. watched for 10 sec, then stuck. clicking other videos all stuck, no show.

     my god, that site is unusable. all this while i only get to watch maybe 10 secs. and it froze my mac. had to force quit safari. doesn't work in brave.

     the slowness is just one of the problem. requiring js is only part of the problem.
     the site itself, 1/4 on the left of the vid are hidden behind nav panel, so cannot click the Play button. and had to max screen to do so. Then, sometimes whole screen becomes black, no control bar. lots problems.

     i saw it. up to you mentioned esr and mike something...
     as for feedback... these kind vid nobody watches. people don't care about history, nor a fringe "philosophy" that happened historically on a particular tech.
