@emacsomancer My wife and I had 9 bookshelves before we moved here; now we have 4 and most of our books in big plastic tubs. When we get a house, more bookshelves are in order, but honestly I am trying to figure out which ones are "one-and-done" and donate them ASAP after reading. I bought way too many books cheaply at Friends of the Library booksales back in the day...

A lot of my books, especially the Classics ones, don't have electronic equivalents, so I treasure the printed ones.
