Remember back when there was a bunch of effort in these collaborative text editors with syntax highlighting and stuff so you could code live with other people? I remember thinking that shit was the future.

Do you know the annoyance of having to fix merge conflicts in real time? And this thing didn't even have a real version control underneath.
