   Does anyone here know some stoicism/greek philo mastos?

   classical/oriental stoicism mastos are cool too..

     @johnlitt Not really, wish i did. Though I'd say your more than welcome to bring philosophy here, I consider it a form of science.

     I suspect you may have messed up the install, or at the very least the smtp settings. I never got a confirmation email. It may be slow though ill let ya know if that changes.

     Mine doesnt even show in spam. I suspect it is your DKIM settings, if those are wrong they wont even get to spam folders and be auto-rejected. If they are non-existant they tend to go straight to spam or have a very high chance of it.

     Most likely thats where to start.

     well not sure if any of the ones I have are helpful or not. I have the source code for QOTO up, which is a fork of mastodon with a few code changes you may or may not want.

     I also have a few docker containers that are useful. One is for testing custom mastodon code (spins up a container that compiles it for you and then hosts the services so you can go to the instance on localhost and test).

     The other docker container is designed to be able to run mastodon bots ona . cron job with very little memory footprint.

     It likely is unrelated to your host. Making sure you dont show up as spam is a bit of an art.. first you need to make sure ALL your domains use DKIM, if they dont then your ip gets associated with grey lists and all domains on the ip start showing as spam rather quickly.

     There are also ways to check certain publis lists and see if your showing as a spam smtp server.

     Obviously DKIM is the first step (and already improved your situation) but checking your existing reputation and correcting it may be needed at this point.

     @heroicstoic I was blacklisted before, its easy to get off just need to apply for an appeal or something, i forget the details but when i did i was cleared pretty quickly.

     @heroicstoic Good chance your hosting provider can't/wont, though they could give you a new IP. Usually you have to do your own work to get delisted
