Pleroma and Misskey don't have the kind of friendly onboarding that Mastodon has with JoinMastodon.org etc.
As for including all options, there are already lots of sites that just list everything regardless (such as AlternativeTo). There's no point me duplicating them.
I'm trying to do something which is aimed specifically at non-techs, because no one else is doing it.
