   @cynicalsecurity Asterisk is garbage, that's your problem. Freeswitch is marginally better last I used it, but honestly... why haven't we just rewritten VOIP stacks in Erlang and called it a day? It ran phone networks without dropping calls for decades. We can build an open source implementation...

     I may have missed out on a better VOIP experience when I did a lot of VOIP stuff 10 years ago
