@VoronoV That on looks close but it is missing the teeth at the neck of the fixing bolt. I've ordered one found on ebay based off looks alone from someone across the pond.
I see this one on Amazon that looks like an exact match but is says it is a Cannondale. I'm thinking is this labeled wrong or do I have a non-factory hub on my bike (purchased new from LBS). ðĪ
I ordered an RS400 hub since that is what the line-up-chart says I should have with Tiagra RD-4700 even though what I ordered does't look like my hub. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01DQ108LA/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Side note: I actually found a part number on my rear derailleur. I have a Tiagra RD-4700 although I'm not sure if it is SS or GS. I'm thinking it is GS (medium) https://photos.app.goo.gl/C9wzBdL7CumAosfi9
I am just taking a few shots in the dark.
Thanks again!

@VoronoV I left off the URL to the one that is labeled Cannodale but looks like mine. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07RGD3ZNL?pf_rd_p=183f5289-9dc0-416f-942e-e8f213ef368b&pf_rd_r=CHV836A4CNV192F3CGJQ -

@VoronoV LOL. That looks like it. Is it common to find a SRAM hub on a Giant SX-2 wheel?

@VoronoV Crazy. ðĪŠ They don't want us working on bicycles, do they? They want us to buy new bicycles.
Using a magnifying glass I see what looks like "P C" inscribed on one of the ribs. Don't know what that means. https://photos.app.goo.gl/8jXNt1ryaVF1Crqp7 -

@Authoritimmy Sure. Take a look if you get a chance. Just curious. One of the more distinguishing attributes of this free hub is it takes a 11mm hex wrench instead of a 10mm.

@Authoritimmy @VoronoV I think I've been barking up the wrong tree the whole time. It must be a SRAM freehub. It is the only one I have found that uses a 11mm removal tool. Looking at SRAM part numbers 11.2015.018.100 and 11.2015.023.100. They are labeled as MTB hubs. That doesn't line up with my bike but I'll try anything at this point.

@Authoritimmy Yeah. Looks to be 135mm. Thanks for that information. Might be on the right track with either the SRAM 406 or 506 freehub. Ordered both from bikeman.com ðĪ

@VoronoV Yeah. Definitely not a pure road bike. Makes sense. ð @Authoritimmy -

@Authoritimmy Thanks for digging through your parts box. Looks like the X9 has sealed bearing. I'm guessing mine is the 406 with loose bearings. I have a 406 and 506 on order. Cautiously optimistic. Thanks again.

I haven't heard this sound in a very long time. Test ride was good. If I can make it back from my commute tomorrow I'll call this freehub replacement a success. ðĪâŪ Learned a lot. Thanks to everyone who guided me along the way. VoronoV@boitam.eu Authoritimmy@jorts.horse

@VoronoV Thanks! I adjusted at least 3 times last night. No play in the wheel right now. I'm going to check it again when I complete the commute home. ðĪâŪ
