   That makes two of us 👍

   An impressive day, like I hadn't seen since the late 80s.

   I was at a place where I had lived before, and I recognised quite a few of the people. Including one retired guardia civil who showed up to vote, and the family of another.

   I was also impressed by how well organised it was, and it was good to see people from across the political spectrum (conservative right to far left) work together, which wasn't very common down south when I lived there.

     @yael I do not think so. I respect the right of self-determination.
     I have many friends in Catalonia and I respect and defend that they think as they want.
     
     I live in Madrid but I could live anywhere. Living in a place does not determine your way of thinking.
     
     I have lived in other cities in other countries.
     
     The important thing is respect among people. I think so.

     @0 @yael Southern Spain is a bit different. But full of beautiful people.
     
     In the south you meet wonderful people like in the north and even in the center :).
     
     Perhaps you are confusing Andalusia with Murcia (With many Voters of far-right parties in the last national elections).
     
     Andalucia has been the focus of socialist voters until very recently.
