     Also fewest number of cells in your body for any human (we all start at 1), though in that case the title is given to more than one person at a time. Same with fewest breaths as there is more than one person who hasnt breathed yet :)

     If you picked a large but common number of cells then this would work. Since it is unlikely that more than one person has exactly a million cells in their body at the exact same moment :)

     But how you select this number would be the key to making it work.

     @xyfdi @georgia @Surasanji In fact doing anything the shortest amount of time works presuming it is something everyone does.

     For example the shortest amount of time since you lost a tooth.

     The only issue here is some people might die without ever loosing a tooth.
