   @mngrif I just bought 4 shirts and 3 hats from columbia. They are the absolute best.

   The only time I buy North Face is if i want a hiking backpack, but even those arent the best. My issue with North Face is quality, a lot of my stuff from them winds up breaking.

     If you want blizard level coat for -20 weather, then north face.. If you want a warm but light jacket suited for freezing temp then go columbia.

     Both my jackets are columbia though, even my -20 one and i love both.
