   The sokution to your puzzle is easier than you think. You have two options, non miscible liquids with an emulsifier, or two liquids of equal density adjusted by selectively dissolving a salt or similar solute into one until the liquids match density.

   Since both opens are heterogenous mixes they woukd be opaque.
