   @matrix Isnt it the opposite though. they know their gender expression (how they dress or what makeup they wear or whatever) but the games never explicitly stated what genitals they had.

     I generally agree. It really doesnt matter what genitals they have in some narrative that isnt even part of the game. giving the guy a hard time about what word he used here is kinda silly regardless of if it is technically valid or not.
