Unless you setup a reset password either during signup (featured since recently) or via user.disroot.org, you are out of luck i'm afraid (unless you set reset password questions/answers) 😔
We have no way to verify whether you are the legit owner of the account so we cant help to reset it. Password is your responsibility.
Hint of a day: use password managers such as keepassx, pass, qtpass or bitwarden. They help a lot with this type of things.
