Dear #software #security developers: if your (web) #form limits our #password length, it is a clear sign your software is NOT #hashing our passwords, but storing it in clear / #plaintext. This is a huge red flag for #cybersecurity, and makes it so that the security-aware among us will hesitate to sign up. #UserExperience #UX #privacy #encryption
