The big names (Tencent, Alibaba, etc) seem only to offer IPv6 terminated at a load balancer, which is not good enough, we need to be able to run our own code on a machine with a globally routable v6 address. Provider must also be willing to take money from a USA corporation. Many physical DC locations are desirable.
