Bashing FOSS without critiquing it does nothing to improve it. It's well known that its communities are plagued with problems, its leadership has terrible priorities, it is underfunded, and it is understaffed.

Saying the whole thing is pointless or bad improves none of these things.

People have been making fun of me for caring about fringe political opinions since high school, and it's disappointing to see leftists decide to vaguely lash out instead of organize.
