   @kzimmermann I know that his is far off but consider suggesting your country to implement #GNU #Taler. I don't know much about it but I vaguely heard of #Liberapay. I know little about whether it runs #JavaScript that is not #FreeSoftware or not

     @kzimmermann It's also a good idea to be transparent on whether you accept donations through IBAN or SWIFT and how you expect the transaction to flow (for example, in #Brazil, a transfer of goods or values with no service or product obligation demands that the tax declaration is made based on the date sent, but requires the donor's identifying information *beforehand*, so it's best to hide account information, forcing donor to give enough information.
