@distel I see wildly different claims for recommended protein intake:

    - 56g/day (men)
    - 46g/day (women)
    - 0.8 grams of protein per kg of body weight
    - between 10% and 35% of calories should come from protein

I wouldn't worry too much unless you notice symptoms of protein deficiency.

And consider that any guidance talking about generic "protein" is a simplification: there are 9 essential amino acids, and so we must also vary our diet.

I made an account at cronometer to check if I get enough nutrients in my #vegan diet. Today I have to say, I ate really well and I still have only 45% of the recommended protein.
The protein I had was vegan Bratwurst and a bit each from soy milk, nuts, quinoa, oats. I might have to just take protein powder on days I eat no beans.

I'm supplementing b12 but as fortified soy milk is not available atm, I should also take calcium.
