     @BollerwagenPicard To be fair, Impossible Burger is only healthy when compared to Starbucks' junk food sandwiches.

     It has high levels of saturated fat, just like the red meat it wants to imitate:

     @BollerwagenPicard Last August I saw that plant-based meats and cheeses are starting to appear also on the shelves of Italian supermarkets.

     They're still rare and expensive, but these problems tend to go away as consumption grows.
