    Per pranzo ho preparato spaghetti integrali con cicoria ripassata in soffritto di cipolla, aglio, capper, peperoncino e pomodori secchi (non documentata) + questa bella zucca fritta, passata nella farina di ceci e poi in poco olio bollente (fondo della padella), sale e pepe.

      Nope. Saltato è un'altra cosa. Questa è fritta ma invece di essere "deep fried" (pentola piena di olio), che per me è uno spreco e non lo faccio tradizionalmente, si mette mezzo dito d'olio in padella e si frigge là
