When thinking about accessibility a lot of people refer to people with disabilities. Molly Watt, CEO at Molly Watt Talks is a tech evangelist, accessibility and UX consultant and speaker. Sharing her own experience as someone with a disability relying on tech to live, in today’s society, she aims to change the narrative around designing for inclusion, not just for those with disabilities but for every single one of us.

Molly is an Accessibility and Usability/User experience consultant, specialising in sensory impairments, keynote speaker and blogger. Currently recognised on the Shaw Powerlist as one of the top 100 influential people with a disability and shortlisted in 2019 National Diversity Awards.
Molly has consulted and worked alongside digital giants Apple and LinkedIn, ASOS, Sigma, Gov UK Digital Services, NHS Digital, Spotify, GN Hearing, Institute of Coding advising on the accessibility of digital online services.
Molly delivers keynote presentations and workshops around the world talking about the importance of designing for Accessibility, inclusion, consulting and advising teams on how to better deliver their products and services both environmentally and digitally.
Working alongside designers and developers Molly often runs audits on websites looking to improve the end user experience, and achieve inclusivity.
