   Huh, that's rather odd. Whenever I had that issue they just sent me free SIM replacements. You should also be able to just go to their next store and get one right there and then for free 🤔

     Mom-in-law has a new phone and needs to switch to nano-sim. AldiTalk, the cheapest prepaid-provider: "No problem, free off charge."
     I have a new second phone and need a nano-sim too. O2 with a long term contract: "Yeah, that's 30EUR please."
     Guess who is not gone be the provider for my second phone now?
