   ‘cause you're removing the paint, I gather?

   Also, minor detail: we don't use a comma after an initial time complement, unless it's a really long one for readability reasons.

     Esta semana, estoy usando el raspador para limpiar la pintura de las escaleras. Usaré tinte en su lugar.
