    Xmpp can be used for this. Some friends, used to send voice chats, send them to me, althought I don't really like them 😅

      Ah, ok! Maybe #Mumble then? It's really low on requirements, and there are clients for smartphones.

      😁 Ok. I mantain a couple of servers and Mumble is used often. I don't think there's much config to do, but if you go for it and need help, here I am.

      @brie @selea That's when I got stuck with Prosody, trying to enable audio/video calls. Not sure if it is a server or a client thing... And, like you, never really needed them, as for the few video calls I do I use Nextcloud. If video is not absolutely necessary, I don't know anything better than Mumble.
