     My initial reaction to the new Trentmoller LP is "this is not your father's electronica, it's your electronica tribute to your father's shoegaze and dream pop"

     I spent the first 6 cuts of the LP thinking, that's like the Cure no wait New Order no no a little Underworld too, oh and here's that wall of sound wash with Guthrie-esque overtones (?).

     The attached tune even had me thinking of the first Lush release

     Not what I expected but just what I needed
