   I didn't know it was so easy to access the Android filesystem over USB. You just have to pick "filesystem" from the menu on the phone after you plug it in.

     @kai Unless your phone is rooted, the ADB shell runs with a uid with almost no privileges, and you can't even read your personal files in /data.
