   Yesterday marked 4 years without a smartphone for me.

     I recently bought a Nokia candy bar phone with that thought. What was the most difficult part of that transition for you?

     @nerdbutler Probably being cut off of some WhatsApp loops (although 99.9% is rubbish, I keep thinking to myself).
     Also, not having a camera in my pocket all the time. Which I'm kind of used to by now... and lately, for the days I know I'll be wanting to take photos, I just carry my olden SIM-less smartphone to serve as a mere camera.
     Anyway, my mind is in a better place now, I believe.

     @tagomago That is great to hear! I am still standing on the edge of the edge of that pool trying to convince myself to dive in. Americans don't use What's App as much (we are still married to SMS) but I have definitely lost the ability to navigate without Google Maps. But I am getting closer to making the switch.

     @nerdbutler Yeah, just do it. Try to find a substitute for navigation (maybe a GPS device), or maybe use the smartphone just for that. Idk, it depends on your motivation.
