Hey just a tip for all the aspiring "community organizers" out there: please learn how to fucking delegate

"Voluntarily sign up on this sheet if you want to do X task, otherwise I'll just do it myself" is not delegating

An alternative might be saying "I need 5 people to sign up to do X task, otherwise it's not getting done this week and we'll be letting people down"

Yeah yeah yeah that might make people feel uncomfy, but if you treat every task as a "hard" opt-in, nothing will get done
